Licensed as a Real Estate agent in the state of Texas in April 1995 while stationed at Fort Hood, TX. After living in Naples, Italy, the military I reactivated my license here in San Antonio, TX in April 2001. I have sold many residential homes and land & lots. Also have assists, as an investor myself, in helping investors transform their investments into properties that sold well or to rent out as their property manager. Early on I decided that education would separate me from the rest so in 2002, I studied and received my ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative 2002, I completed the course study for GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute and in 2005 with advance training and experience received the CRS, designation. I am dedicated to being the best REALTOR possible and to go all the way in this career. So, on March 23, 2007, I went for the Real Estate Broker exam. From that I started a brokerage firm called Aterj Realty pronounced At ter j. My goals are still the same. To serve your Real Estate needs with exceptional service.
